Legal basis for processing
We process personal data under the following legal bases:

Data retention
We retain personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes it was collected. Care records are retained for a minimum of 8 years in line with CQC guidance. Website enquiry data is retained for 2 years. Job application data for unsuccessful candidates is retained for 6 months unless you consent to longer retention.
Third-party sharing
We may share personal data with:
- Healthcare professionals involved in your care (GPs, hospitals, district nurses)
- Local authority adult social care teams
- The Care Quality Commission (CQC)
- Microsoft Clarity for anonymised website analytics (when consent is given)
We do not sell personal data to third parties.
