Since changing to Horizons I cannot believe the difference in my mum. She is treated with great care and respect. The carers ensure my mum is clean all the time. They also clean the house and are on top of everything. With everything they do for Mum also reflects on my dad. He is feeling much more at ease and at 86 this gives me great peace of mind. My personal opinion of the care given is as though it was each carer's own family.

Horizons have cared for both my dad and mum since January 2025. The care provided and the overall service has been excellent from day one. All the carers have been friendly, professional and helpful to a fault. We would recommend Horizons to anyone.

Horizons Homecare have been brilliant. They are so thoughtful and caring. They took the time to listen to our needs and concerns as new caregivers. The comprehensive care plan makes sure everything is recorded, even the nuances our auntie has. It's really been the little things that have made such a massive difference, such as using the same words, gestures and keeping to routine that really helps and supports our auntie. They are easy to approach and are on hand to change the care plan or just give reassurance that we are doing OK. The regular check-ins to see how things are going gives that extra touch which is lovely. Using Horizons has given time back to us as a family which is priceless and has avoided carer burnout. We feel safe knowing our auntie is receiving the best possible care and attention. I would highly recommend, thank you.

We understand that care is not a 'one size fits all' therefore we will always tailor the care to an individuals needs and amend accordingly as needs change. I would thoroughly recommend Horizons Homecare for your loved one. Our family found them punctual, experienced, caring and professional. We met many carers of all ages and all treated our dear mum like a good friend. We were very grateful for a free visit and assessment (either in the rehab place or at mum's home) the day following our enquiry and their support started shortly after.

I use the new Horizons Homecare Lancaster and Morecambe branch and the Blackpool office to care for my father in law. They used a local company before and since they have been using horizons their care has been amazing. All of the carers are genuine and lovely and they all really seem to care. They have introduced us to a few social clubs and they actually have a better social life than me now. I cannot put into words how much horizons have helped us in the short time they have cared for us and at first I was dubious to say the least but to see them genuinely happy it has taken all the weight of mine and Pete's shoulders. Everyone should use them and another positive is that they were quite a lot cheaper than the other 2 we have used in the past. Sorry if I haven't done this right, but I hope this review reflects how amazing you have all been for me and the family.

Friendly and professional. Every visit was a pleasure. When I first came out of hospital it was overwhelming, so my helper from Horizons was understanding and I felt we had known each other for years. Whatever I needed doing what she did with a smile. My home is clean and sparkling. Also i was good to have someone to chat with. I would recommend Horizons Homecare.

The staff at Horizons have been outstanding, they treat my Grandmother so well. We have seen a positive difference in the happiness of Grandma since Horizons took over, she loves the staff! It's amazing that she gets the same carers each day when they're supposed to be there. We as a family couldn't be more thankful for the service so far.
